Genus. in 1882. In 1927 he was sent to Khabarovsk as head of the press department of the Far Eastern Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Until 1930, he combined his work with the preparation of the publication of the Encyclopedia of the Far Eastern Territory, and then was recalled to Moscow, where he began working as an assistant to the editor-in-chief of TSB Otto Yulievich Schmidt. In July 1932, the secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks sent him to work at Metrostroy, as head of the department of foreign experience and editor of the Metrostroy magazine. In 1934 he was sent to Shanghai as head of the press bureau at the USSR Embassy in China. Died in Shanghai in 1934.
