In 1927 - founder and associate professor of the Department of Foreign Languages at the Leningrad Veterinary Institute, before his arrest - head of the foreign languages course at the Leningrad Veterinary Institute. Lived in Leningrad, Proletarskaya Pobeda Ave., 22, apt. 12. Arrested 03/23/1935. Sentenced by the OS under the NKVD on March 26, 1935 as an SOE to deportation with a ban on living in certain cities and regions. Exiled together with his wife Bilibina Tatyana Vladimirovna, daughter Bilibina Anna Nikolaevna and mother-in-law Vera Vladimirovna Kislovskaya to the Voronezh region, Art. Somovo, village Sosnovka. In 1941 he lived in Pushkin, st. Moskovskaya, 3, apt. 3. Worked as a teacher of German at the secondary art school of the Academy of Arts. Arrested for the second time on 09.09.1941 UNKVD LO, charged under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Died while being transported from Leningrad on November 14, 1941. By a resolution of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad Region, the criminal case was terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti. In the 1935 case, he was rehabilitated by the conclusion of the Leningrad prosecutor's office dated July 20, 1989.
