Genus. in 1897 in the village. Palchunishki of Valkonishsky district of Suwalki province. (modern Lithuania). Education - incomplete two-year. In March 1918 he volunteered for the Red Army. Member of the CPSU(b) since July 1918. In 1919-1926. worked in the Revolutionary Military Tribunal of the Petrograd Military District, the Turkestan Front, and the Caspian Military Flotilla. In 1926 he was discharged from the army. In 1926-1934. people's judge of Leningrad. In 1934 he was called up for military service. In 1934-1937 Chairman of the Amur Basin River Transport Tribunal, in 1937-1938. member of the board of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District. Arrested 06/17/1938. He was under investigation in the Kresty prison. Expelled from the CPSU(b) on 10/07/1938. Sentenced on April 19, 1941 by a resolution of the OSO NKVD of the USSR under Art. 58-1b (“treason committed by a military serviceman”) to 8 years in prison. According to the death certificate, he died on October 27, 1943 in prison (Pechora, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on June 1, 1966 by the decision of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District. The decision to expel him from the party was canceled by a resolution of the Bureau of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the CPSU dated October 27, 1988.
