Genus. in 1919 in the town of Shilovo, Rosseniai district of Lithuania, Lithuanian. 02/12/1938 married Vaishvila B.K., son Reinhartas was born. She lived in the city of Siauliai, from 02/01/1945 to 02/14/1946 she worked as a senior inspector in the social security department of the Siauliai district of Lithuania. She was arrested on 02/12/1946 in Siauliai, at the time of her arrest she was pregnant with her second child. On September 9, 1946, a son, Zigmund, was born in Siauliai prison (died in an orphanage in September 1947).Convicted on 07/09/1946 by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Lithuanian SSR under Article 58-1 "a" of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property and loss of rights for 5 years.
In 1947 she was transferred to Kaunas prison, then to Vilnius. Stage to the camp “Yaya” (“Mare’s yard”). Camp 71 km (KTR) for the construction of the railway. Taishet - Bratsk. October 1949 - port of Vanino. November 1949 – Magadan transit, 4 km. An affair with Karol Rampelberg, a Belgian prisoner of war (he drew well and gave N.A. a drawing, which is now kept in the house of N.L. Kochetova), pregnancy. Transfer to Magadan (Parkovaya St.). November 1951 – birth of a daughter. Transfer to camp 23/15 km. Magadan, TsOLP. 12 OLP. Autumn 1954 – transfer to a free settlement near Magadan. She was in prison from 02/14/1946 to 07/08/1955, including in the regions of the Far North in the Dalstroy Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the Magadan Region from 11/26/1949 to 07/08/1955, released after serving her term using credits for working days . Released from special settlement on October 25, 1955. In 1956, she was reunited with her daughter, who had been kept in an orphanage in Chkalov (Ural) since 1953.
04/07/1997 rehabilitated on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania dated 05/02/1990 “On the restoration of the rights of persons repressed for resistance to occupation regimes.” According to the conclusion of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation dated January 6, 1995, the rehabilitation of N.A. Vaishvilene contradicts Art. 4 paragraph "b" of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 18, 1991 "On the rehabilitation of victims of political repression." Rehabilitated on March 30, 1993 by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Magadan Region for the period of serving an administrative sentence in the form of exile.
She wrote the book “Fate and Will” (Magadan, 1999).
