Genus. in 1937 in De-Kastri Bay, Ulchsky district, Amur region; Russian; higher education; military engineer, military rank - major. Mechanic at a technical paper factory. Lived in Kyiv. Arrested 04/02/1982. Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on October 29, 1982 under Art. 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years of labor camp and 5 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released in March 1987 on pardon. Rehabilitated by resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR No. 187-88 of September 27, 1988.
