Volkov Vladimir Savelievich
Genus. in 1927 in the village. Domoratskoye, Krasninsky district, Smolensk region; Russian; higher education; member of the CPSU. Military radar engineer, reserve lieutenant colonel, leading engineer of the Main Telegraph Directorate of the USSR Ministry of Communications. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on June 15, 1982. Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on October 29, 1982 under Art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of imprisonment, 2 years of exile and deprivation of the officer rank. He served his sentence in the Perm camps. By a resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR dated September 23, 1983, the term was reduced to 2 years 6 months, the reference was excluded from the sentence. Released on December 14, 1984. Rehabilitated by resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR No. 187-88 of September 27, 1988.
