Genus. 09/10/1932 in Tallinn. During the Second World War, he took part in the underground combat group "III International" (later he was awarded the medal "For Courage"). In 1955 - a student of the philological faculty of Leningrad University. Co-author and editor of the samizdat typewritten literary magazine "Blue Bud". In 1957 he was expelled from Leningrad State University. From 1958 he lived in Tallinn. From 1960, he led the Stroitel literary association at the Tallinnstroy trust club. Member of the Writers' Union of Russia. He died on December 13, 2005 in Moscow.
