Born in 1895 in the city of Smela, Kyiv province (now Cherkasy region). Participant in the civil war on the side of the Reds. In the 1920s he took part in anti-government peasant riots. In 1931, after turning himself in to the OGPU, he was administratively expelled for 3 years. After the end of his exile, he moved with his family to Krivoy Rog, then to Orsk, and in 1938 he ended up in the city of Lokot. During the war in 1941 he was appointed headman and commander of the self-defense detachment in Lokt. He created his own People's Socialist Party of Russia - "Viking". Killed during a partisan attack on the village on the night of 01/08/1942.
