Kudryashov Sergey Valerievich

Born in 1961. After graduating from graduate school in 1989 at the Institute of History of the USSR of the Academy of Sciences, he worked as a researcher in the Department of Military History of the Institute of Theory and History of Socialism. Since 1992 - editor of the Rodina magazine. From 1998 to 2002, he was editor-in-chief of Istochnik magazine. Specialization: history of the Second World War, post-war history and historiography of the USSR. Currently working on a monograph on the German occupation in the USSR and the Resistance movement in the occupied regions of 1941-1944. Since March 2005, he has been a research fellow at the State Research Institute in Moscow.
