Arrested on July 21, 1970 (according to other sources - in 1968) for criticizing the economy of the USSR. Sentenced by SKUD of the Supreme Court of the YASSR on 10/08/1970. under Article 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.
Verdict: declared insane, released from criminal liability and sent for compulsory treatment to a general psychiatric hospital. Rehabilitated on October 22, 1992 by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Western Military District in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of October 18, 1991.
