Evgrafov Nikolai Andreevich

Genus. in 1930 in the city of Slavyansk, Donetsk region, Ukrainian SSR; Ukrainian; 3rd grade education, b/p. In 1955, he was convicted under a common crime for the fourth time and sentenced to 25 years. While serving his sentence, he was convicted three more times - for attempting to escape. Each time, as a result of adding punishment to a new sentence, the start of the 25-year sentence was also moved forward. 07/24/1964 sentenced by the Donetsk Regional Court under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in a penal colony with the absorption of the sentence by the unserved 25-year term or, possibly, with partial addition to it (the data given in the documents contradict each other). He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By the decision of the Donetsk Regional Court dated September 25, 1965. The start date of the term was finally determined to be January 9, 1961. By the decision of the Supreme Court of the Mordno-ASSR dated May 30, 1972, the term was reduced to 15 years. In November 1972 transferred to the disposal of the Institute of Technical Institutions of the KazSSR. Released on May 19, 1973. as having served 2/3 of his sentence.
After his release, he lived in Slavyansk (Donetsk region), worked as a loader at section No. 3 of the UPTK. Arrested on November 12, 1974. 04/29/1975 Donetsk regional court sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 62 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in special regime camps. The verdict accused him of writing the work “The Truth About Lies,” distributing it (he gave it to three acquaintances to read) and conversations and statements of “anti-Soviet” and “slanderous” content. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Perm camps.
