Genus. in 1920 in Odessa; incomplete higher education; philologist. Lived in Odessa. Arrested on 08/01/1944, a prisoner of the Vladimir prison. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Odessa Military District on 02/07/1945 under Art. 54-1b, 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR for 25 years of ITL. In 1960, according to the Decree on amnesty of September 17, 1955, the term was reduced to 12 years and 6 months, after which he was released. In 1962–1965 studied at the correspondence department of the philological faculty of Odessa University. In 1965, at the protest of the Prosecutor General of the USSR, he was returned to the penal colony. 09/15/1969 arrested in prison. Sentenced by the Vladimir Regional Court on April 23, 1970 under Art. 70 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years of penal colony, with the addition of a part of the unserved term, in total to 10 years. He served his term in the Vladimir Prison and Dubravlag. Released in 1979. Rehabilitated on 10/29/1992 by the conclusion of the Prosecutor's Office of the Vladimir Region in accordance with the Law "On the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions". In 1979, shortly after his release, he emigrated to the United States. In 1994-1996 - Observer "Way of Peremogi". Lived in Denton. He died on December 17, 2016 in Baltimore (USA).
