Genus. in 1959 in Leningrad, Ukrainian, higher education, military man, officer of the missile defense forces. Arrested in Kyiv on May 11, 1982. Convicted on 11/16/1983 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District under Art. 64a of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 253 a, 241 a of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years of penitentiary. He served his sentence in the Perm camps VS-389/35, VS-389/36. Released on 05/17/1989, on the basis of the Decree of the PVS of 06/18/1987, the remaining term was reduced by half.
