Genus. in 1955 in Moscow; Russian; student - studied at the Faculty of Law of the All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute and at the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov (2nd year). Arrested on June 18, 1982 for anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on October 15, 1982 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 2 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Rehabilitated in 1991. Headed the American Society of Former Soviet Political Prisoners in New York, editor of the Society’s magazine “Collection. Documents", newspaper "58th" of the Russian Association of Victims of Illegal Political Repression.
