Genus. 01/20/1940 in the village. Otkaznoe of the Aleksandrovsky district of the Stavropol Territory; Russian; higher education; worked in state archives. Before his arrest, he was a worker at a state farm in the village of Serdobsk, Penza Region. Lived in Kharkov. Arrested on April 24, 1981 for “anti-Soviet agitation.” Sentenced by the Kharkov Regional Court on August 14, 1981 under Art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 6 years of imprisonment and 5 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, Perm camps and Chistopol prison. Released in 1987. After release, he emigrated to Germany.
