Genus. in 1956 in Tselinograd, Kazakh SSR; Russian; secondary education; b/p. Driver of the Mariupol fire department. Lived in Zhdanov (now Mariupol), st. Lower Adjahi. Arrested 03/29/1981. Sentenced by the Donetsk Regional Court under Art. 62 Part 1 and Art. 94 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (for anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda) to 6 years in a strict regime penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released under amnesty on 02/04/1987 (pardoned by Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Armed Forces). Rehabilitated in 1992. Returned to Mariupol and worked as a welder.
