Born in 1941 in the village of Ilyashivka, Starokostiantynivskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region, Ukrainian, citizen of the USSR, non-party member, single, higher education, teacher at the Uman Technical School of Agriculture, resident of the city of Uman. Arrested on 13.07.1972, charged under Art. 62, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR. Sentenced in November 1972 to 4 years in a penal colony. Held in labor camp No. 19 of Dubravlag. Actively participated in the struggle for the rights of political prisoners. Released on 13.07.1976, sent to the village of Ilyashivka, from August 1976 was under one-year administrative supervision. Died on 14.07.2025 in Khmelnytskyi.
