Genus. in 1955 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, graduated from the philological school at Moscow State University, then from the history department of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. Lenin (1979). He was a student of the Orthodox priest and educator Alexander Men. He worked as an art critic in the Kolomenskoye museum (Moscow), in Zvenigorod, etc., art critic. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on January 9, 1984 for religious dissidence and anti-Soviet activities. Sentenced on July 18, 1984 under Art. 190-1 by 3 years of ITC. In custody in Tuva.
