Genus. in 1958 in Art. Kutsovka, Novgorodkovsky district, Kirovograd region, Ukrainian SSR, Ukrainian, secondary education. In 1976-1979. served in the USSR Navy on a submarine. Was involved in the theft of uniforms. Convicted on August 17, 1979. according to Art. 89 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 5 years in prison, 01/08/1980. convicted under Art. 188 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 2 years, in total - to 6.5 years. He served his sentence in the institution YUF-326/6 of the ITU of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Kamchatka Regional Executive Committee. For disclosing state secrets in the camp, he was convicted by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Kamchatka Regional Court on June 6, 1985. under Art. 15 Part 2 and Art. 64 Clause “a” to 10 years of penal colony. He was kept in Perm camp No. 35 - VS-389/35. Released on September 27, 1991. according to the Decree of the PVS of the RSFSR dated September 14, 1991. about pardon.
