Genus. in 1959 in the village of Nekhvoroshch, Ukrainian SSR, Zhitomir region, Andrushevsky district; Ukrainian; secondary specialized education, graduated from the Zhytomyr Music College; music teacher school, worked as a pipe roller at the Krasny Vyborzhets Production Association. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on May 8, 1984 for creating an anti-Soviet youth organization. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on September 28, 1984 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 218 part 1, 226-2 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years of labor camp and 4 years of exile. He served his sentence in the Perm camps, Chusovskaya district - VS-359/36, 359/35. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated February 12, 1987, he was pardoned.
