Poliektov Viktor Alexandrovich
Genus. in 1965 in Kirovsk, Murmansk region; Russian; secondary education; conscript soldier in military unit 4630. Arrested on May 16, 1984. Sentenced by the Leningrad garrison on September 11, 1984 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years of penal colony and 2 years of exile. He served his sentence in the Perm camps - VS-389/35, US-20 Art. 5. He left on 04/19/1985 for Moscow, where he was declared insane and sent to the Leningrad Special Psychiatric Hospital. Released on March 12, 1987. Since 1989 he has been working at the Cherepovets Museum of Local Lore.
Died on November 1, 2023 in St. Petersburg. He was buried at the Smolensk cemetery.
Rehabilitated on October 4, 1991 by the military tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
