Genus. in 1932 in the Kursk region, Glushkovsky district, Tetkino village; Ukrainian; incomplete higher education, studied at the Kiev Medical Institute, restoration artist, lived in Kyiv; restorer of the Museum of Folk Architecture of the Ukrainian SSR; participant in the petition campaign around the "trial of four" (1968); author and distributor of Samizdat. Arrested on January 13, 1972. Sentenced by the Kyiv Regional Court on June 23, 1972 under Art. 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years of penal colony and 3 years of exile. He served his term in the Perm camps VS-389/36, 35 and the Vladimir prison, and exiled in the Khabarovsk Territory. Died on December 24, 2016 in Kyiv.
