Genus. in 1921 in Kharkov. naval doctor, lieutenant colonel of the medical service, b/p. Head of military unit 34404. In 1961, he sent a report to Khrushchev, then to the XXII Congress, criticizing the state of affairs at the air defense missile range in Central Asia. He was placed in the Burdenko Central Military Hospital, where he was diagnosed with psychopathy with paranoid layers. In 1982, he sent a report to the CPSU Central Committee about negative phenomena in the city of Gagra. Placed in the Republican Psychiatric Hospital. 07/04/1985 Gagrinsky People's Court convicted under Art. 137 part 3 and art. 138 of the Criminal Code of the GSSR, sent for compulsory treatment. He was kept in the Republican Psychiatric Hospital in the village. Vladimirovka near Sukhumi. Released on August 1, 1986 under the Amnesty Decree.
