Placed in the Republican Psychiatric Hospital. 07/04/1985 Gagrinsky People's Court convicted under Art. 137 part 3 and art. 138 of the Criminal Code of the GSSR, sent for compulsory treatment. He was kept in the Republican Psychiatric Hospital in the village. Vladimirovka near Sukhumi. Released on August 1, 1986 under the Amnesty Decree.
