Genus. in 1966 in Leningrad. Student of the Faculty of History of the Leningrad Pedagogical Institute. Member of the organization "Communist Union for the Fight against Crime" (KSBP). In 1984 he was drafted into the army and served in Novgorod. He made a proposal to the KSBP on the creation of departments of the organization in the army to combat hazing, developed the charter of the "Communist Association of Soldiers". 08/05/1985 arrested by a special department of the KGB in the army. It was not taken to court. From 1985 to 1989 he was a member of the Forpost organization. Author of "Brief information" about the history of KSBP.
