Genus. in 1947 in Dnepropetrovsk. Higher education, economist. He worked as a store director in Dnepropetrovsk. In 1978 expelled from the CPSU for losing his party card. In 1979 wrote a critical work on the Soviet economy. 04/12/1980 detained in Moscow, manuscript confiscated.
