Genus. 10/04/1932 in Sverdlovsk; Russian; Higher education, graduated from the Sverdlovsk Conservatory in 1957, and from the Faculty of Economics of Leningrad University in 1969. Economist, senior researcher at the Scientific, Technical and Design Association "Lensistemotekhnika". Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 03/07/1975. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on August 21, 1975 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72, 228 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a penal colony. In custody in Dubravlaga - ZH-385, ZH-19 (Lesnoye), ZH-17 (Ozernoye), ZH-5 (Yavas). Released 03/04/1990. Sent to Novgorod. Rehabilitated on September 23, 1992. Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Art. Art. 70 and 72 are excluded. In 1990 he was nominated as a candidate for deputy of the Russian Parliament. Lived in Leningrad, member of the Memorial Society since 1992. Died in St. Petersburg on June 26, 1996.
