Genus. 09/24/1938 in Leningrad; Russian; higher education, graduated from the Leningrad Technological Institute in 1960; chemical engineer, engineer of the Central Research Institute. Krylov. Arrested 06/12/1965. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on November 26, 1965 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years in a penitentiary and 3 years in exile. He served his term in Dubravlag, exile - in the settlement of Ust-Abakan (Krasnoyarsk Territory). In exile, he married V.I. Chikatueva, convicted in the same case. After returning from exile, he lived in Luga. Chairman of the Board of the St. Petersburg Charitable Historical and Educational Human Rights Public Organization "Memorial". Member of the Human Rights Council of St. Petersburg. He died on 12/05/2016 in St. Petersburg, was buried at the Volkovskoye cemetery.
