Genus. in 1942 in the village. Ural, Irkutsk region; Russian; b/p. Assistant at a branch of the Moscow Technological Institute. Lived in Leningrad, Bronnitskaya street, 13/19, apt. 17. Arrested on March 24, 1970 by the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad Region. Charged under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. According to the conclusion of the forensic psychiatric examination dated 04/28/1970, “needs compulsory treatment in a special psychiatric hospital. By the decision of the College of Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court dated 06/15/1970, the criminal case was terminated and sent for compulsory treatment to a special hospital. 02/23/1973 treatment was withdrawn due to- released into custody, sent under the supervision of a psychoneurological dispensary at the place of residence. In 1995 - editor-in-chief of the magazine "Mera", publishing house "Glagol", St. Petersburg.
