Born in 1943 in Leningrad; Russian; secondary education; worker. Lived in Leningrad. In 1964, charges were brought under Art. 70 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on March 19, 1965 under Art. 70, 72, 218 to compulsory treatment. From 1964 to 1968 was in Leningrad St. Petersburg. Arrested 06/12/1969. Sentenced on November 19, 1969 under Art. 190-1 to compulsory treatment. On November 19, 1969 we were tried again - under Art. 190, declared insane, in 1969-1973. - in Leningrad St. Petersburg, from 1973 to 1974. - in a general psychiatric hospital. In December 1976, he was again placed in a general prison in Leningrad, from where he was released under pressure from the Soviet and international community in March 1977. In November 1977, he supported the MHG Appeal to the Belgrade meeting to verify the implementation of agreements in Helsinki with a request to consider the facts of violations of rights people in the USSR. In 1978 he became one of the founders of the Free Interprofessional Association of Workers (SFOT). Like other members of the SMOT, he was repeatedly detained by the police. In March–May 1980, he was once again forcibly hospitalized. Many Western trade unions, parties and organizations came out in his defense. At the beginning of June 1980, he was detained in Moscow, taken to Leningrad and sentenced to fifteen days of arrest for “petty hooliganism”, then the term was extended for another ten days. On June 22, 1980, he was forcibly put on a plane and expelled from the USSR to Austria. Lived in France. Died August 15, 2011 or 2012. Buried in the old cemetery in Gagny (rue Général Leclerc, 93220 Gagny, France). Grave number - 575, section (division) - A.
