Grimm Yuri Leonidovich
Born in 1935 in Moscow; Russian; secondary education; worked as a tower crane operator in the mechanization and construction office of "Tsentrakademstroy" (Borok settlement, Yaroslavl region). In 1962, together with B. Khasyanov, he distributed leaflets against Khrushchev. Arrested on 11 January 1964 for photo leaflets with a caricature of Khrushchev. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on 15 May 1964 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlag. By the Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 7 April 1965, the term was reduced to 3 years. By the Resolution of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 5 August 1966, he was pardoned. Released on 15 August 1966. He was a member of the editorial board of the free Moscow magazine "Poiski" (Search), and a photographer. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on January 23, 1980. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on October 9, 1980, under Article 190-1, to 3 years in a penal colony. He was held from 1980 to 1982 in the YaTs-34/11-8 facility in Surgut-2, Tyumen Oblast. Released on parole to a penal colony in the Tyumen Oblast. He died on August 12, 2011, in the village of Filippovo, Tver Oblast.
