Genus. in 1935 in Moscow; Russian; secondary education; worked as a tower crane operator in the office of mechanization and construction of Tsentrakademstroy (Borok village, Yaroslavl region). In 1962, together with Khasyanov, B. distributed leaflets against Khrushchev. Arrested on January 11, 1964 for photo leaflets with a caricature of Khrushchev. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on May 15, 1964 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 04/07/1965, the term was reduced to 3 years. Pardoned by the Decree of the PVS of the RSFSR dated 08/05/1966. Released on August 15, 1966. He was one of the members of the editorial board of the free Moscow magazine "Poiski", a photographer. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on January 23, 1980. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on 10/09/1980 under Art. 190-1 by 3 years of ITC. Contained in 1980-1982. in the institution YATs-24/11-8 in Surgut-2, Tyumen region. Released on parole - "chemistry" in the Tyumen region. Died on August 12, 2011 in the village. Filipovo, Tver region.
