Genus. in 1878 in Tiflis, Russian, higher education, writer. 02/13/1919 was arrested by the Cheka for the fight against counter-revolution and profiteering of the Union of the Northern Region on the basis of instructions from the Cheka and sent with the case materials to Moscow. Arrested for the second time on 02/02/1933. Lived in Leningrad, Detskoe Selo, Oktyabrsky Boulevard, 32. He was accused of being a member of an underground organization, i.e., in Art. Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated June 28, 1933, he was exiled to Novosibirsk for a period of 3 years and sent to Novosibirsk under a special escort. 09/22/1933 released from Novosibirsk prison. From November 1933 to 1936 he lived in Saratov. In the spring of 1936, his period of exile ended, and in September 1936 he settled in Kashira near Moscow. 09/29/1937 arrested by the Kashira NKVD, sent to Moscow 06/17/1939 released due to the termination of the case and due to the lack of evidence of a crime. 12/31/1939 denied the removal of a criminal record and the right to reside in Pushkin (Tsarskoe Selo). By decree of the head of the NKVD LO dated August 28, 1941, he was evicted from Leningrad and the Leningrad Region on an administrative basis. After the arrival of the Germans in the spring of 1942, he was sent with his wife to a camp for displaced persons near Danzig. In 1943, he was released from the camp together with his wife, who had German ancestors. Died 06/09/1946 in Munich. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on August 31, 1989. on the basis of Art. 1 of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
