Dauman Ilya Grigorievich (Granekovich)
Genus. in 1892 in Blagoveshchensk; Jew; b/p, education - 4th grade gymnasium. Drafted into the army, he served as a private from 1916 to the end of 1917. At the end of 1919, he and his brother managed to leave Blagoveshchensk for Harbin. He worked as an accountant and gave shorthand lessons. At the end of 1923 he arrived in Leningrad. Teacher of shorthand at the Leningrad House of the Red Army and the Gorvnutorg training center. Lived in Leningrad, st. Nekrasova, 6, apt. 4. Arrested on October 27, 1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor's Office dated November 12, 1937 on charges under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot on November 18, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Leningrad Military Tribunal dated June 11, 1958. 07/25/2015 in memory of Abram and Ilya Dauman in St. Petersburg at house No. 6 on the street. Nekrasov, a sign for the “Last Address” project was installed.
