Genus. in 1888 in Kovno. Party member since 1926. Higher education, hydrologist. Arrested for the first time on 02/05/1935. in Leningrad. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated 02/05/1935. exiled to Yeniseisk. In 1937 in Yeniseisk he was again arrested under Article 58. By the verdict of the Military Tribunal of military unit 5731 of the Siberian Military District dated July 10, 1938. sentenced to 10 years. Sent to a camp in Kolyma. Since 1947, after liberation, he lived in the Kursk region. In 1949 arrested for the third time, by resolution of the Special Meeting of the USSR Ministry of State Security dated September 14, 1949, exiled to the Dalnemostovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory until 1954. Since 1954 worked in the Survey Party in Krasnoyarsk. Rehabilitated in all three cases in 1957. Died in 1967
