Genus. in 1908 in St. Petersburg, Jew, from the family of a merchant of the 1st guild, honorary citizen, owner of an electrical engineering office, non-partisan, studied in Paris in 1925-1932, engineer of the Nefteproekt trust, lived in Moscow. At a special meeting at the OGPU on May 14, 1936, he was sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp for “counter-revolutionary agitation.” He served his sentence in Ukhtpechlag and worked at the Asphaltite mine. Arrested 12/26/1937. Troika UNKVD Arkhangelsk region. 01/04/1938 sentenced under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in the town of Novaya Ukhtarka, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, 02/27/1938.
Rehabilitated posthumously by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated September 15 and 17, 1959.
