Goltzberg Efim Borisovich
Genus. in 1910 in the city of Mogilev-Podolsky, Vinnytsia region; Jew; higher education; member of the CPSU. Lived in the city of Chelken, Turkmen SSR. He worked as the head of a research marine geophysical expedition in the Caspian Sea. Arrested 04/14/1958. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the TurkSSR on July 12, 1958 under Art. 54-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the TURKSSR ("anti-Soviet views regarding the policies of the CPSU") by the 6th year of the ITL. In custody in Ozerlag - in OLP No. 610, then in OLP No. 19 (Chuna village) and in OLP No. 11 (state farm) in Taishet. After the so-called "potato riot", in the fall of 1959 he was transferred to a penal camp, from where - to Dubrovlag of the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (ZH-385-11) - OLP No. 17, 3, 1. Released 04/14/1964. After liberation he lived in the village. Tolmachevo near Novosibirsk. In 1964-1967 worked as a senior geophysicist. parties in the Geophysical Trust of Novosibirsk. He died in 1973 in Novosibirsk. Rehabilitated on September 29, 1989.
