Goncharov Stepan Gavrilovich

Genus. in 1918, native and resident of Smolensk; Russian, literate, non-partisan, before arrest without specific occupation. Previously had four convictions under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code. Sentenced on July 16, 1935 by the Military Tribunal of the Belarusian Military District under Art. 58-2, 8 CC to VMN. By a decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp. In custody on Solovki. In prison twice, in 1936 and 1937, he was convicted under Art. 59-3 of the Criminal Code and was sentenced in 1936 to 5 years in addition to the unserved term, in 1937 to 2 years and imprisonment with addition to the unserved term. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad.
