Gorbachevsky Nikolai Mikhailovich

People's Deputy of the Russian Federation (1990-1993), was a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, was a member of the Radical Democrats, Left Center factions; born in 1949; graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR; worked as Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Executive Committees of the Leningrad Regional and Leningrad City Councils of People's Deputies, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
