Genus. in 1891 in the Region. Donskoy troops. In 1912 he graduated from the Don Theological Seminary in Novocherkassk, in 1916 - from the Kyiv Theological Academy. Since 1921 - Bishop of Zvenigorod, abbot of the Archangel Michael Golden-Domed Monastery. He was arrested in April 1922 and was imprisoned in a Kyiv prison until November. In April 1923 he was arrested again and deported to Moscow. Since 1923 - Bishop of Serpukhov. Arrested in August 1925, imprisoned in Butyrka prison until September. In June 1926 he was exiled to Serpukhov. Since 1927 - Bishop of Rylsky. Since 1932 he has not administered the diocese. Died in 1936 in Moscow.
