Grigoriev Alexander Eduardovich

Genus. in 1951 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur; b/p; Higher education - graduated from Leningrad University in 1978 with a degree in psychology. Lived in the city of Frunze, Kirghiz SSR. Arrested on August 18, 1985 as a member of the self-realization movement of Yogo-Christian Theosophists and the author of program texts for the movement. Sentenced by the Frunze City Court to 9 years in prison. On January 30, 1987, the Court of the Kirghiz SSR excluded Art. 235 part 2, sent for further investigation Art. 227 part 1 and 136 note part 1 and reduced the term of imprisonment to 7 years. The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz SSR on September 1, 1987 restored the first verdict. The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kirghiz SSR on June 24, 1988 reduced the sentence to 6 years. On December 23, 1988, the Plenum of the Supreme Court reduced the term to 4 years. 04/05/1989 released by resolution of the Prosecutor of the Kirghiz SSR with the use of an amnesty dated 06/18/1987. After his release, he worked as a psychologist-consultant for a research and production commercial company.
