Arrested on August 18, 1985. Sentenced on September 19, 1986 by the Frunze City Court under Art. 227 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 136 note part 2 and 235 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz SSR to 3 years in prison. Held in pre-trial detention center-1 in Frunze (09/24/1986 - 02/20/1987), NTK-27 in Kyrgyzstan (02/20/1987 -03/18/1987), ITK-46 in Nevyansk, Sverdlovsk region (03/25/1987 -05/15/1987), ITK-10 of Sverdlovsk (05/15/1987 - 08/18/1987). On September 1, 1987, the sentence was increased by 1 year for escape. Released on August 18, 1987. Lived in the city of Frunze, in the city of Saransk, then moved to Estonia.
Grigoriev Alexander Eduardovich

Arrested on August 18, 1985 as a member of the self-realization movement of Yogo-Christian Theosophists and the author of program texts for the movement. On January 30, 1987, the Court of the Kirghiz SSR excluded Art. 235 part 2, sent for further investigation Art. 227 part 1 and 136 note part 1 and reduced the term of imprisonment to 7 years. The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz SSR on September 1, 1987 restored the first verdict. The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kirghiz SSR on June 24, 1988 reduced the sentence to 6 years. On December 23, 1988, the Plenum of the Supreme Court reduced the term to 4 years. 04/05/1989 released by resolution of the Prosecutor of the Kirghiz SSR with the use of an amnesty dated 06/18/1987. Sentenced on July 18, 1986 by the Frunze City Court under Art. 227 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 136 part 2, 237 of the Criminal Code of the Kirghiz SSR to 5 years in prison. He was imprisoned for 3 years. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on December 23, 1988. After his release he returned to Frunze, and in 1990 he moved to Leningrad.
Korchunov Alexander Vladimirovich
Genus. in 1958 in the village. Pervomaisky, Tula region; Russian; higher education - graduated from LPI in 1981. Engineer-physicist. At the request of the KGB, he was dismissed from the position of engineer of the Frunzegorvodokanal trust. He worked as a radio operator at an alpine base. Arrested on August 18, 1985. Sentenced by the Frunze City Court under Art. 227 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, art. 136-1 part 2, art. 237-1, art. 235-2, art. 235-1 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kirghiz SSR to 5 years in prison. He was imprisoned in UE 394/7. Released on July 12, 1988. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR in December 1988. He worked as a junior research fellow at the LPI.
