Genus. in 1957 in Leningrad; Russian; Incomplete higher education, programmer. Lived in the city of Frunze, Kirghiz SSR. He worked at the Republican Interuniversity Computing Center as a software engineer. Arrested on August 27, 1985. Sentenced on July 18, 1986 by the Frunze City Court under Art. 227 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 136 part 2, 237 of the Criminal Code of the Kirghiz SSR to 5 years in prison. He was imprisoned for 3 years. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on December 23, 1988. After his release he returned to Frunze, and in 1990 he moved to Leningrad.
