Genus. in 1899 in Kherson; Jew; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1817. In 1933 he lived in Moscow, director of the board of the State Bar of the USSR; arrested; sentenced by OS KOGPU 04/04/1933 under Art. 58-10 to 3 years in prison. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on November 20, 1937 to VMN; shot 01/09/1938. Rehabilitated in the 1933 case by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on April 6–7, 1989; in the case of 1937 - in June 1989.
