Born in 1877 in the village. Artemovka, Pecheneshskaya parish. Volchansky U. Kharkov province, b/p. Lived in Leningrad, st. Borovaya 63, apt. 43. Arrested on December 28, 1930 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District. Accused of a crime under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as an active participant in the counter-revolutionary church-monarchist organization). By the decision of the visiting session of the OGPU Collegium dated April 13, 1931, he was imprisoned in a concentration camp for 5 years and sent to the OGPU SLAG in Kem. Rehabilitated on May 25, 1989.
