Authorized representative of the Council of People's Commissars for procurement in Krasnogvardeisky District. Arrested 18.07.1937. Sentenced by the Visiting Session of the Special Collegium of the Leningrad Regional Court in the city of Krasnogvardeysk on 01.09.1937 under Art. Art. 58-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot on 18.09.1937.
