In 1937 he lived in Dnepropetrovsk, worked as a researcher at the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Physics and Technology, and was temporarily in Leningrad; arrested 04/25/1937; sentenced by the Special Board of the Leningrad Regional Court on November 19–23, 1937 to VMN; By determination of the Judicial Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on December 30, 1937, the VMN was replaced by 25 years in prison. Rehabilitated by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 07/01/1955, released from custody on 07/29/1955.
