Genus. in 1906 in the village. Khotenchitsy Vilna province (Poland); Pole; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1930-1937. At the end of the 1920s, together with his brothers and sister, he crossed the Soviet-Polish border. Lived in Leningrad, Malo-Detskoselsky pr., 29, apt. 54. He worked as a teacher of political economy at the Industrial Cooperation College. Arrested 10/18/1937. Sentenced by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on November 19, 1937 under Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on November 24, 1937.
