Convicted by the Perm Regional Court, incl. according to Art. 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated October 18, 1989. the verdict of the Perm Regional Court was overturned, Art. 190-1 was excluded, the punishment was reduced to 7 years in prison. He was kept in institutions AM-244/6 and Sh-320/7.
