In 1927 he lived in Leningrad, worked as head of the labor economics department at the State Baltic Shipbuilding and Mechanical Plant; arrested on 01/07/1927 in the case of the sports gymnastics society "Sokol" ("Union of Russian Falconry"); sentenced by the Kogpu on June 20, 1927 to 10 years in labor camp. He was sent to SLON. By the Decree of the Kogpu dated October 22, 1928, the period was reduced by 3 years; by decree of the Kogpu dated May 27, 1929, the period was reduced by 6 months; By decree of the Kogpu dated April 4, 1930, the period was reduced by 2 years. In July 1930 he was sent to the Sevvostlag of the NKVD. By resolution of the Kogpu dated April 30, 1931, he was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in 12 settlements with permission to reside in the Far Eastern Territory. Returned to Leningrad in 1934, worked as chief engineer of Glavrechprom. By a decree of the deputy head of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region, with the approval of the military prosecutor of Leningrad, he was sentenced on March 10, 1942 to administrative deportation from Leningrad and the Leningrad region, deported to Tyumen, and from 1950 to Tobolsk. He returned to Leningrad in 1956 and worked as an editor at Sudpromgiz. Died in Leningrad on October 31, 1969. Rehabilitated in the case of 1927 (?) by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on April 24, 1989; in the case of 1942 - by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office 05/06/1989.
