In 1921 he lived in Smolensk; arrested on July 14, 1921, by resolution of the local Cheka of January 11, 1922, he was exiled to Vyatka (according to other sources - on December 19, 1921 to the Vologda province) for a period of 1 year (according to other sources, for 2 years). While in the settlement, he worked as an accountant for the Gubsoyuz. Arrested on January 5, 1923 under Article 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for possession of anti-Soviet illegal literature; By decision of the NKVD commission on administrative expulsions dated 02/09/1923, he was imprisoned in the Arkhangelsk concentration camp for a period of 1 year. According to other sources, he was arrested in Vyatka and on May 23, 1923 for Menshevik activities (celebrating the 25th anniversary of the RSDLP) and was sentenced to exile for 2 years in Cherdyn. 05/26/1923 the link was replaced by 2 years ELEPHANT; At the end of his term, he was sent into exile in Ishim.
